PRAAPTI (Payment Ratification And Analysis in Power procurement for bringing Transparency in Invoicing of generators) is an initiative of Ministry of Power, Government of India. It is a platform aimed at enhancing transparency and encouraging best practices in power purchase transactions. It also provides pan-India integrated mobile application (App) for Android and iOS platforms to enable users to access overdues and current dues information from generating companies (Gencos).

The contents displayed on mobile/web dashboard of PRAAPTI are collated information on an “as is” basis, as entered by on-board Gencos. The task of updation of database of overdues and current dues lies with respective on-board Gencos. Information displayed/disseminated with respect to overdues and current dues is dependent on information entered by responsible officer of the respective Gencos, and PRAAPTI does not claim to provide an exact picture of overdues and current dues. Similarly, since on-boarding of Gencos and updation of their database especially of overdues and current dues is a continuous and ongoing process, the web portal/ App does not claim to provide an exact picture of overdues and current dues on a pan-India basis.

The operator of this web portal i.e. PFC Consulting Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited, sourcing entities of information and Ministry of Power are not responsible for correctness, completeness and accuracy, and/ or any direct, indirect,special, coincidental, consequential or any other damages/losses whatsoever and to whomsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with the use or reliance of the information available on the web portal/ App, including any loss of profits, loss of goodwill, data, business interruption, personal injury, or any other pecuniary loss.
