At PFCCL, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair experience for all suppliers. The ‘Registration Fee’ is mandatory for all registered suppliers and is non-refundable once the payment is completed. The ‘Quarterly Usage Fee’ will be generated on the fifth of the immediate month following the end of each quarter of respective FY. Users may cancel their registration at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the same.
Refunds are eligible under specific circumstances such as duplicate payments caused by technical errors, and incorrect charges applied to user accounts.

The portal allows power generation companies to upload and manage invoices related to long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with distribution companies (DISCOMs).
Users can track payments made by DISCOMs to suppliers, including details of payment dates and amounts.
The portal provides real-time data on outstanding dues of DISCOMs to suppliers, helping stakeholders monitor and manage overdue payments.
The portal includes a comprehensive support system to assist users with any queries or issues related to invoicing, payments, and other services.
The details of the payment structure, including registration and usage charges, shall be accessible to users upon logging into the portal.
